Well I am about to begin my month long trek, from the Midwest to the west coast of the USA and then back. This all started early this year. I have been wanting to take a vacation from work / life for a few years and do it big. My first thought was to just use my van to stay in during the trip. Then some hard thinking I decided that staying in my van was to going to work out as well as first thought. I gave hotels and motels about a 5 second thought, too expensive. So then I went back to a dream I have had since I was in grade school. I have always wanted to own a camper. Well off I went into one of my totally focused obsessions. When this happens I can learn everything about whatever sparks this energy. A few months later I was ready to look for a camper (RV). First stop an RV show in Indiana, capital of RV manufactures. Well I was able to see everything from pop-up to 1.2M class A’s. After that I went back to the drawing board to verify my calculations and again set out for an RV. Well low and behold just 50 miles from my house, there it was a left over 2004 in April 2005. Well I looked her over and then 2 hours later I was an RV owner. I went back the following weekend and got my van all hooked up and back to my house I went with my new purchase. Well next was stocking it and making some modifications. Well since then I went to a local campground to do the “shakedown” trip which went quite well. Now I am living in the camper while my house sells, as I have taken a new job in Missouri. Full timing as it’s called
